A fun filled class using traditional two tail silks or hammock depending on each individual's ability. Silks is a great way to build confidence and upper body strength.
A more challenging aerial class where we build strength and flexibility with the aerial hoop. Not every student needs to hang upside down! Our new Beginner library includes over 40 poses that we will introduce over the year. Short combos will be included at the end of each class.
The rhythm and movement of tap, created by the metal taps on the heels and toes of a dancer’s shoes, transforms the dancer into a percussive musician. Tap dance emphasizes the flow of movement by teaching the dancer to find rhythms and beats not only in music but in their own bodies.
